Well, I’m here to tell you that there is no right or wrong way to meditate and ANYONE can do it with very little practice and not much time to begin with. Meditation is not really something you “do,” it’s something you experience. Through my private meditation instruction classes, I teach people how to meditate in their own unique style, depending on their natural strengths and what they want to get out of the meditations. Some people meditate for peace, stress relief, enlightenment, answers to everyday questions, spiritual guidance and many other reasons. I customize each class to your goals and needs and together, we develop your meditation style.
